Gas Dash Refund Policy

At Gas Dash, we strive to provide our customers with convenient and reliable gas delivery services. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is necessary. Please read our refund policy below:

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

  • If the gas delivery is not completed due to an error on our part (e.g., delivery to the wrong location).

  • If the gas delivered does not match the quantity ordered.

  • If you cancel your order at least 1 hour before the scheduled delivery time.

Non-Refundable Situations

Generally speaking, a Refund Policy often addresses these types of issues: the timeframe for asking for a refund; will the refund be full or partial; under which conditions will the customer receive a refund; and much, much more.

Process for Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery. Include your order number and the reason for the refund request.

Refund Processing Time

Once a refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the order.

Partial Refunds

In some cases, partial refunds may be issued based on the nature of the service disruption. For example, if part of the order was fulfilled, but not the full amount.

Changes to the Refund Policy
