Welcome to Gas Dash. These Terms of Service ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of our gas delivery services ("Service") within the Indianapolis, IN area. By placing an order through our website, you agree to comply with these terms. This Agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you ("Customer") and Gas Dash ("Supplier").
Description of Service
Our gas delivery service provides reliable and efficient transportation of gas to individual and business customers in Indianapolis, IN. Using specially equipped pickup trucks with certified gas tanks, we ensure safe and timely delivery of gas to your designated location. Customers can easily place orders through our website, and deliveries are scheduled based on customer demand, with options for one-time or recurring deliveries.
Quantity
We offer flexible delivery quantities tailored to meet the needs of both individual and business customers. For households, deliveries can be customized to accommodate varying levels of usage. Businesses may choose bulk deliveries with consistent and reliable supply options. We also provide customized contract periods for businesses requiring regular weekly or monthly deliveries.
Pricing and Payment Terms
Purchase Price
Prices for gas are calculated per unit based on the quantity ordered, which may be measured in gallons, liters, or cubic meters. Market fluctuations may affect pricing, which will be transparently displayed within the website.
Payment Schedule
Payments must typically be made before delivery. For individual customers, payments are required at the time of order placement through the app. Business clients may make payments either prior to delivery or on a pre-agreed schedule for recurring orders.
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept major credit cards and website payment options through our website. Recurring payments can be set up for ongoing service agreements to ensure smooth, regular deliveries without interruption.
Late Payment and Service Interruption
If payments are not made on time as agreed, gas delivery will be suspended until the outstanding payment is resolved. Customers will receive reminders prior to service interruption. For business customers under contract, a late fee or interest may apply to overdue amounts. Service will resume once payments are settled.
Delivery Schedule
Timelines
Deliveries are made within designated time windows selected by customers through our app. We strive to meet the selected delivery times and will notify customers promptly in the event of any delays.
Missed or Delayed Deliveries
If a delivery cannot be completed within the agreed window, we will notify you via the website or by phone. We will reschedule the delivery at the next available time at no additional cost. If you need to reschedule, please notify us in advance; failure to do so may result in a rescheduling fee.

Supplier Responsibilities
We commit to providing safe, high-quality gas deliveries that meet industry and regulatory standards. We will:
- Deliver gas on schedule through certified vehicles.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols during transportation and delivery.
- Notify customers of any issues that may affect delivery.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for ensuring a safe and unobstructed delivery process. This includes:
- Providing access to the delivery location at the agreed time.
- Ensuring the vehicle receiving the gas is properly equipped with certified fuel storage systems as required by regulations.
- Following local and federal safety guidelines for the storage and handling of gas.
Termination and Cancellation
Contract Duration
Customers may opt for one-time or recurring services. Businesses may enter into long-term agreements for regular deliveries over a set period (e.g., weekly or monthly).
Termination Terms
Either party may terminate this Agreement if the other fails to fulfill their obligations, such as failure to pay, provide access, or adhere to safety standards. Termination may also occur if safety regulations are violated.
Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel one-time orders through the app before the scheduled delivery. Cancellations made within 24 hours of delivery may incur a fee. For long-term contracts, early cancellation by the customer may result in penalties, as specified in the contract.
Warranties and Liability
Quality of Gas
We guarantee that the gas delivered meets industry standards for quality and energy content.
Supplier Liability
We are responsible for any damages occurring during transportation and delivery due to negligence or failure to meet safety standards. If a gas leak or accident occurs due to improper handling, we will cover the resulting damages.
Customer Liability
Once the gas is delivered, the customer assumes responsibility for its safe storage and handling. Any accidents or damages resulting from improper vehicle maintenance or non-compliance with safety standards will be the customer’s liability.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to resolve the matter through mediation. If mediation fails, court proceedings may follow. This Agreement is governed by the laws of Indiana, and any legal actions must be filed within the jurisdiction of Indiana courts.
Confidentiality and Data Protection
We protect customer data in compliance with applicable laws, including GDPR and CCPA. We will only share customer information with necessary third parties for service execution, such as payment processors. Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive business information disclosed during the course of this Agreement.
Force Majeure
Neither party will be held liable for failure to fulfill their obligations due to unforeseen circumstances beyond their control, including natural disasters, government actions, or supply chain disruptions.
Amendments
Any amendments to this Agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties. The process involves proposing changes, a review period, mutual agreement, and formal documentation of the amendment.
